We love coffee here at CFSE but be aware that large amounts of caffeine can dehydrate you. If your Monday includes a couple extra cups of coffee just be sure to drink plenty of water. That way you’ll have plenty of energy to power through your Monday and still be hydrated enough to kill it in the gym. Also, with nutrition in mind, coffee can be a very healthy, performance boosting drink. Where people run into trouble is with added cream and sugar that are often found in fancy espresso drinks.
